What are active team members?

Adding team members can enable you to assign goals and help to share in the responsibilities of performance management. Active team members can log in and update their individual responsibilities and, in the process, play a more active role in the strategic planning process. Active team members will also receive email alerts reminding them of upcoming, pending, or overdue assignments. If a team member is not assigned a goal or action item, he/she will not receive an email alert.
