What is the difference between organization-wide strategies and strategic objectives?

Organization-wide strategies are the over-arching general process used to reach your Vision. It answers the question “how” you will achieve your vision. Choose one of the three: operational, innovation or customer. Strategic Objectives are long-term, continuous strategic areas that help you connect your mission to your vision. They comprise of these four areas: Financial, Customer, Operational and People.
