How can I cancel my account?

As the Strategy Leader, when you are logged into your plan, click on the Account drop-down arrow next to your name and go to Billing & Team, click on Billing in the sub navigation and click on the link at the bottom of page under, “Please cancel my account.” You will know you have successfully cancelled your account when you have reached the short exit survey. We are always interested to learn why our client cancels and would appreciate your feedback. Thank you in advance for your time and comments!
