How often do you recommend logging into our OnStrategy account?

It is important to build the strategy muscle for the organization and logging into the system is one small, but important, step in the process. 

Once your plan has been fully developed and you are in the implementation phase (tracking performance), we recommend checking on the progress of your assigned goals and updating them  at least once a month.  If the opportunity allows, track some goals weekly.  You will have to see the best timing in your organization and what fits the "rhythm of business".  Error on the side of getting into the application too often.     

As goals are achieved, always be sure to update the status to reflect the accomplishment. Use the “Notification” emails to send out reminders of goals that need attention or when a goal is accomplished. Use the “Strategy Alerts” to keep the strategic plan top of mind with all team members.
