My screen has locked up while trying to make changes to my plan. What could have caused this?

There are a few common possibilities:

  • The system could have timed you out because you have not made any updates or changes in a 20 minute time period.  Close your browser and open a new one and log in again.
  • Your Internet speed may be too slow.  We recommend testing your bandwidth and ensure the connection is still at a high speed. 
  • If you have multiple people logged in and trying to change goals at the same time, the system may have trouble trying to organize the goals. Try to have users log in at different times to make their changes.
  • If you have multiple people logged in as the Strategy Leader, the system may be having trouble which computer is the most correct.  Have the other computer log out of system, so you only have one logged in as the Strategy Leader.
