You aren’t forced to follow the process and you can activate the Performance Management section by going to Plan section and indicating that you’re done and want to move into Track Performance.
We urge you to put the time in to build your plan. Best practices of the strategic planning process are built into the application and you’ll be guided step-by-step through the development of your plan. When ready, you’ll move right into Performance.
